The Global Gaming Growth team sits within TikTok's Global Gaming team, a division of TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) Division. The focus of this team is to partner closely with TikTok's Gaming Growth advertisers to develop solutions that connect TikTok's users to the games and brands they love.
The Activation BPM will be responsible for activating and onboarding new clients to drive revenue, and advertiser business impact by possessing an expert understanding of digital platform media operations and gaming ecosystems.
Success in this position requires a passion for supporting clients, strong analytical skills, a focus on processes and operations and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and account management skills and digital marketing expertise.
- Deliver on activation and revenue targets
- Become an expert of gaming products and industry to drive enhancements to unlock revenue
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of key vertical market trends and customer opportunities.
- Leverage data to identify consumer trends and create vertical best practices / playbooks that drive business
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of media buying and planning principles with a keen awareness of the competitive media mix for your clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust innovative scalable programs to ensure fast and smooth activation and onboarding processes.
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Growth Gaming advertisers
- Serve as a product champion to drive revenue and promote adoption of key products during activation pitches
- Build team level expertise, and actively promote cross-regional/functional exchange and collaboration
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or account management, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the gaming ecosystem, digital advertising platforms, and media buying principles.
- Experience with activation and onboarding processes, with a track record of meeting activation and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, with the ability to use insights to drive business decisions and create actionable playbooks.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch solutions and articulate value propositions effectively.
