Position Summary

  • Maximize sales revenue by understanding the assigned regions and accounts.
  • Pursue market leadership via understanding the value chain of online and traditional businesses and secure the market leadership by managing market distribution trends.
  • Develop short, mid, and long term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve the business objectives.
  • Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management.

Role And Responsibilities

Sales Management:

  • Dealer target: weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales tracking to deliver sales target
  • JBP: working closely with dealer to develop JBP activities by monthly/quarterly
  • Sales turnover (revenue) , stock and AR management
  • Others: etc.

Sales Forecast

  • Support to analyze the sales data (sales progress; sales mix ratio; sales trend)
  • Analyze the GSCM data (trend of AP1; RTF in the system)

Marketing Coordination

  • Do the implementation of marketing initiatives & programs including trade & consumer sales promotions
  • Work closely with Brand/trade team to provide inputs into marketing activities and execution at stores.

Online Sales

  • Develop/co-op with online accounts such as Lazada, Tiki, Shopeeโ€ฆ
  • Develop Samsung microsite on online accounts
  • Develop sales scheme for online accounts

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor/ Diploma degree of Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 yearsโ€™ experience in Ecommerce Sales management
  • Can work well under pressure.
  • Good communication skill and team work spirit.
