BUSINESS OPERATION MANAGEMENT
- Manage sales activities and overall sales targets (Volume, Distribution, and Coverage) in the assigned area according to company plans & directions.
- Monitor the progress of promotional programs for customers in the area.
- Report on the sales market and propose product strategy implementation, channel development, and team building in the responsible area.
- Actively cooperate with the Planning team & related departments in daily operations to ensure the presence and image of HVN at customers & assigned areas.
- Responsible for expanding distribution by seeking & proposing the development of new potential customer groups.
KEY CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
- Maintain relationships with key customers and identify new potential customers.
- Responsible for implementing & monitoring the progress of contracts with customers as planned.
- Ensure customer service quality by supporting the team to work with related departments to handle issues related to delivery, customer complaints, returns, etc., when necessary.
DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for resolving conflicts between distributors and Sub-Dists within the authority limits.
- Advise, unify resources, and coordinate with NPP - SubD to develop sales plans to achieve high monthly revenue and profit efficiency.
- Connect the DDT team to consult on NPP activities and work directly with NPP-SubD on targets, promotional programs.
TEAM MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
- Organize monthly internal sales team meetings: Review current situations, estimate target achievement rates, and address the business issues of the sales team.
- Motivate and build a team with high team spirit, work discipline, a winning mindset “No inch back,” of company culture.
- Coach, develop, and train the sales team with high performance/effectiveness standards to achieve sales goals & targets.
- Recruitment and training: Plan recruitment, training, and development of new sales staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business operations, or a related field, preferably in the FMCG in the Horeca channel.
- Proven experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks, market analysis, and promotional program execution.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities to manage sales targets effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve distributor and customer conflicts.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for dealing with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement sales plans that drive revenue and efficiency.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and development of sales teams to achieve high performance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research to propose strategic business improvements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently as required for business operations.
