As a Senior Business Analyst within NAB, you’ll assists with the decomposition of work, writing Business Outcomes, Epics, Features, and User Stories so that their squad clearly articulates value, acceptance criteria, and estimates to get their work done. They support decision making with clear, insightful analysis, which allows the Product Owner to make decisions on ideation viability, sequencing, and shaping business context.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform analysis to articulate business needs and solution requirements.
- Develop As-Is and To-Be process models.
- Assess existing processes and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Produce various models and outputs such as process models, data models, business rules, etc.
- Ensure delivery teams understand the value of each requirement.
- Work with service owners to understand and communicate business requirements.
- Assist service owners in defining and prioritizing requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and participate in discussions to analyze proposed solutions.
- Analyze the impact of proposed solutions and produce Business Impact Assessments.
- Proactively manage teams to implement prioritized change outcomes aligned with objectives.
- Ensure customers and stakeholders are at the center of all analysis.
- Manage risks, compliance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business end-users.
- Analyze business requirements and produce documented specifications for technology applications and processes.
- Maximize value delivery by aligning features and stories with business value.
- Refine backlog through prioritization, estimation, and decision-making.
